What you type into a calculator here never leaves your browser. This page explains that, and what the site's analytics and advertising do.
The calculators run in your browser
Every calculation on this site is performed by code running in your own browser. The purchase price you enter, the buyer type you select and the result you are shown are never sent to a server, never written to a database, and never stored by us. There is no account to create and no reason for us to ask for your name, address, property details or anything else identifying. We do not hold what you looked up, so there is nothing about your purchase for us to disclose, lose, or be asked to hand over.
Analytics and advertising
The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, and Google AdSense to display advertising, which is what funds the site. Both may set cookies and process technical information such as your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you visit. Neither receives anything you type into a calculator, because that never leaves your browser in the first place. Google acts as an independent controller for the data it collects through these services and processes it under its own policies.
Consent, UK GDPR and PECR
A consent banner is shown to visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, and no non-essential cookie, including analytics and advertising cookies, is set until consent is given. This reflects the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, which govern storing information on your device, and the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, which governs the personal data that follows. You can decline, and the site works normally if you do. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the banner's controls, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

Privacy questions, and any request relating to personal data the site's advertising or analytics may have collected, go to support@inventum.com.au. Requests concerning data held by Google as an independent controller may also need to be made to Google directly.
